Job Description

The role involves providing client leadership within the Mental Behavioral Health Market, focusing on building and maintaining strategic relationships, driving business development, and leading project teams to deliver innovative design solutions. Responsibilities

  • Provide client leadership within the Mental Behavioral Health Market.
  • Build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with targeted clients.
  • Engage in business development activities with new and existing clients.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to advance the firm's services.
  • Develop new net signed fee opportunities for markets and practices.
  • Collaborate effectively across the firm's range of services.
  • Ensure successful client relationships and project outcomes.
  • Champion the firm's Living-Centered Design ethos.
  • Mentor and grow emerging professionals within the firm.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Mental Behavioral Health Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
  • Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
  • Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills required.
  • Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
  • Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
  • Some travel required.
