Job Description

The role involves supporting the in-house legal team by assisting with research projects, drafting corporate documents, analyzing contracts, and aiding in dispute resolution, primarily for an organization with multiple international offices.

Responsibilities

  • •Assist in-house lawyers with research projects, corporate qualification, and professional licensing matters
  • •Draft corporate resolutions and minutes
  • •Analyze contracts
  • •Assist with dispute resolution

Requirements

  • •Enrolled in and pursuing a Juris Doctorate required.
  • •The ability to use online legal research resources is essential.
  • •Must have strong research, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • •All employees are expected to complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes and adhere to internal policies and the Code of Conduct.
