Job Description

The role involves providing client leadership within the Education Market, focusing on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients while driving business development and team leadership. The position requires mentoring project teams and ensuring successful project outcomes, all while championing the firm's Living-Centered Design ethos.

Responsibilities

  • •Provide client leadership within the Education Market to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships.
  • •Engage in business development activities to create new opportunities with target clients.
  • •Lead and mentor project teams to advance the firm's services and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • •Develop new net signed fee opportunities and secure repeat business with existing clients.
  • •Collaborate with diverse teams to execute creative solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • •Mentor emerging professionals and foster an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • •Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Education Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
  • •Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
  • •Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
  • •Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
  • •Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills required.
  • •Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
  • •Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
  • •Some travel required.
