Job Description
The role involves client-facing sales activities to expand Brightcore Energy's market presence in clean energy solutions, supporting customer engagement, researching potential sites, and building relationships to convert leads into long-term customers.
Responsibilities
- •Conduct client-facing sales activities to expand market reach and strengthen the opportunity pipeline.
- •Assist with new and existing customer engagements, including outreach, research, and follow-up communication.
- •Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data to support sales efforts.
- •Analyze and evaluate potential sites for geothermal, solar, and LED energy opportunities.
- •Identify sales opportunities through cold-calling, mailing lists, and researching prospective organizations.
- •Build and sustain relationships with leads to convert them into long-term customers.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to promote growth and support project execution.
- •Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer engagement and sales strategies.
- •Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in sustainability, engineering, business administration or similar.
- •1-2 years of experience in related sales or research support position preferred.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot.
- •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- •Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- •Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- •Exceptional customer service skills.
- •Strong listening and sales skills.
- •Ability to achieve targets.
- •Work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.
- •Travel required up to 15% within the Northeast region.
- •Pre-employment background check including employment verification, criminal history check, and drug screen.
- •Compliance with drug and alcohol-free workplace policies, including prior drug and alcohol testing records for safety-sensitive roles if applicable.
