Job Description
This position involves managing on-site commercial geothermal construction projects, overseeing drilling operations, subcontractors, safety, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- •Oversee drilling operations and subcontractor activities on-site
- •Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- •Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines for successful completion
- •Direct involvement in ground-up construction, especially during foundation phase
- •Manage contract components and liaise with general contractors
- •Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and construction teams to meet project goals
Requirements
- •Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction management.
- •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- •Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- •Ability to travel to various locations as required by the job.
- •Must have SST card.
- •Proven experience in managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- •Strong understanding of safety regulations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
- •All positions require a pre-employment background check that includes prior employment verifications, a criminal history check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
- •Must be able to perform physical demands necessary for a safety-sensitive position, including working in office, industrial, and work site settings.
- •Must be willing to work a minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain full-time status, with an expectation of an average of 40 hours per week including overtime as scheduled.
