A Packaging Engineer responsible for developing and optimizing sustainable, cost-effective packaging solutions across various systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support Blueland's mission of environmentally friendly products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support packaging development and optimization initiatives.
- Design and deliver cost-effective, sustainable, and manufacturable packaging solutions.
- Ensure packaging solutions meet brand and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and co-packers on packaging systems.
Requirements
- Experience in packaging development and optimization initiatives for packaging solutions that are cost-effective, sustainable, manufacturable, and aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging systems.
- Strong background in working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and co-packers.
