Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with the leadership team and various engineering disciplines to develop technologies for geothermal heating and cooling systems, focusing on enhancing construction efficiency and reliability through innovative subsurface and construction equipment.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with leadership and technology partners to deliver geothermal heating and cooling technologies.
- •Provide integrated, intelligent, autonomous subsurface and construction equipment.
- •Enhance geo-field construction efficiency and reliability.
- •Help establish engineering organization culture, processes, systems, and standards.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- •Experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on construction equipment.
- •Ability to collaborate with leadership teams and cross-functional engineering teams.
- •Proven track record of delivering technologies related to geothermal heating and cooling.
