Job Description
The Staff Product Operations Manager at Aurora is responsible for coordinating the launch and adoption of new products and capabilities, analyzing performance data, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to ensure successful product rollouts and operational efficiency in the autonomous vehicle industry.
Responsibilities
- •Coordinate and facilitate the launch and adoption of new capabilities and products
- •Oversee feedback channels, support triaging, and analyze performance data for continuous improvement
- •Partner with stakeholders to develop a capability roadmap aligned with company objectives
- •Communicate upcoming launches, opportunities, issues, and decisions to ensure transparency and alignment
- •Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and training support to teams
Requirements
- •8 years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations, Business Strategy, Product Commercialization, Technical Program Management, or Sales Strategy and Operations
- •BA or BS degree in a related technical subject e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
- •Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
- •Ability to coordinate and facilitate the launch and adoption of new capabilities and products
- •Ability to oversee feedback channels, support triaging, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement
- •Ability to partner with customers to develop a capability roadmap that supports meeting company objectives
- •Ability to provide transparency and create alignment through effective communication of upcoming launches, opportunities, issues, and decisions
- •Ability to act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance, clarity, and training support
Benefits
- •Compensation/salary range: $129,000 - $207,000 per year
