Job Description
The role involves working on site civil engineering and land development projects, managing project lifecycle from design to construction, ensuring technical excellence, handling permitting processes, and fostering client relationships to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on site civil engineering and land development projects
- Design potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design
- Manage projects from entitlements through to construction
- Coordinate various aspects of project development
- Process permitting entitlements across governmental agencies
- Implement permitting strategies to meet project schedules
- Participate in marketing efforts and foster client relationships
- Deliver high-quality projects to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure
- Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices
- Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects
- Experience managing projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution
- Ability to manage and coordinate various aspects of project development
- Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies
- Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process
- Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for large-scale developments and commercial infill projects
- Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company’s profile and foster relationships with clients and governmental agencies
- Deliver high-quality projects and ensure client satisfaction to contribute to company growth
- Candidates with relevant work experience in Washington are preferred
