Job Description
The Learning Systems Specialist at Atwell is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's learning management and experience platforms, designing engaging learning journeys, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance employee development and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
- Design and implement learning journeys, enrollment logic, and content structures.
- Create dashboards and reports to analyze learning data and support strategic decisions.
- Shape user experience (UX) of learning platforms, including navigation, branding, and layout.
- Integrate third-party content and tools such as LinkedIn Learning and AI modules.
- Define standards for data integrity, user access, and content publishing workflows.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, guide users, and liaise with vendors on updates and innovations.
- Support testing, version control, and documentation of learning platforms.
Requirements
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone, and familiarity with LXP frameworks like Learn Amp.
- Fluency in learning tech language including SCORM, xAPI, and authoring tools.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in LMS administration, learning technology, or Learning & Development operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical mindset and tech instincts.

- Ability to design and implement intuitive learning journeys, smart enrollment logic, and polished content structures.
- Experience creating custom dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions based on learning data.
- Ability to shape the user experience (UX) of learning platforms, including navigation, branding, and layout.
- Experience integrating third-party content and tools such as LinkedIn Learning or AI-driven modules into learning ecosystems.
- Ability to define standards for data integrity, user access, and scalable content publishing workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting issues, guiding users, and liaising with vendors to stay ahead of updates and innovations.
- Support testing, version control, and platform documentation to ensure smooth platform operation.
