Job Description
A full-time Land Agent supporting a utility-scale solar development project in Southwestern Indiana, responsible for negotiating land agreements, maintaining records, and representing the project in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate solar site control agreements with landowners
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and agreements
- Partner with project leads to meet development milestones
- Represent the company professionally in the community
Requirements
- Experience working on solar development projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with southwestern Indiana is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Must have an active LLC
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to build strong landowner relationships
- Ability to negotiate solar site control agreements with landowners
- Ability to maintain accurate records of outreach and agreements
- Support a utility-scale solar development project in Southwestern Indiana
- Support a growing project in Indiana
