Job Description
A field-based Land Agent role supporting a solar development project in eastern Wisconsin, responsible for negotiating land leases and easements, building landowner relationships, and representing the client professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate solar lease and easement agreements with landowners
- Track and document all landowner communications
- Collaborate with project leadership to meet deadlines
- Represent the project with professionalism and local knowledge
Requirements
- Experience in land acquisition on solar development projects.
- Strong communication skills and field documentation skills.
- Familiarity with eastern Wisconsin.
- Must have an active LLC.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to negotiate solar lease and easement agreements with landowners.
- Ability to track and document all landowner communications.
- Availability for a 3-month assignment in Wisconsin.
- Field-based role requiring the ability to build strong landowner relationships and represent the client with professionalism.
