Job Description
A Systems Engineer responsible for developing and validating automated test platforms for power conversion products, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure product quality, safety, and performance in the medical and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- •Design and implement automated test racks for power conversion products
- •Interpret and create electrical schematics for test systems
- •Validate wiring for accuracy, safety, and performance
- •Collaborate with hardware engineers and project managers to meet product requirements
- •Troubleshoot hardware and software integration issues
- •Interface with embedded and industrial communication protocols
- •Operate and maintain test equipment
- •Mentor junior engineers in test methodologies and best practices
Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Technology
- •3 years of relevant experience in systems or test engineering
- •Experience in designing and implementing automated test racks for AC DC Rectifiers, DC DC Converters, Inverters, and system controllers
- •Ability to interpret and create electrical schematics for test systems
- •Ability to validate test rack wiring for accuracy, safety, and performance
- •Experience troubleshooting complex hardware and software integrations
- •Experience interfacing with embedded and industrial communication protocols including CAN, Ethernet, 1553, UART, SPI, I2C, and EtherCAT
- •Ability to apply electro-mechanical skills to operate and maintain test equipment
