Job Description
An Electrical Design Engineer at Astrodyne TDI specializes in designing and developing EMI RF filter components, collaborating with teams and customers to ensure high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective electromagnetic compatibility solutions.
Responsibilities
- •Lead the design and development of EMI RF filter products
- •Collaborate with operations and safety teams to troubleshoot and maintain production flow
- •Conduct analytical design analyses and participate in mechanical design of products
- •Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored design solutions
- •Perform debug testing and design verification testing of prototypes
- •Manage product reliability assurance testing
- •Create and maintain engineering documentation including schematics, BOMs, drawings, and ECNs
Requirements
- •A Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- •At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in RF design and EMC troubleshooting.
- •Proficiency in using RF test equipment.
- •Proficiency in using engineering computer tools such as Mathcad, Spice, Excel, and Orcad Capture.
