Job Description
A Senior Accounting Manager role focused on technology and digital assets, responsible for overseeing accounting operations, providing strategic insights, and supporting client growth within a dynamic, fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Responsibilities
- •Manage and oversee accounting functions for clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- •Lead and coordinate audit and financial reporting processes.
- •Provide strategic financial advice and insights to clients.
- •Supervise and mentor accounting staff and team members.
- •Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in managing accounting functions.
- •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred or required.
- •Proven experience in managing accounting teams and overseeing accounting operations.
- •Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations applicable to the industry.
- •Experience working with financial statements, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- •Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports for management.
- •Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage team members and collaborate with clients.
- •Experience with accounting software and systems relevant to the firm's operations (specific software not specified but implied).
- •Physical ability to perform typical office tasks, including working at a computer for extended periods.
- •Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- •Demonstrated ability to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
