Job Description
The FP A and Corporate Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and the integration of M&A deals, including debt, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting, working closely with corporate development and other stakeholders in a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial integration of M&A deals into FP&A processes
- Manage debt, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with the corporate development team and M&A stakeholders
- Lead and develop at least one direct report
- Serve as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP A) or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience overseeing the financial integration of M A deals into FP A processes.
- Ability to perform debt, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Experience working closely with corporate development teams and M A related stakeholders.
- Ability to serve as a key strategic partner to various stakeholders inside and outside of the business.
- Experience managing at least one direct report.
- Strong analytical skills and proactive approach to financial analysis.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in or be based in Atlanta or New York City; other locations will be considered.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
