Job Description
An Accounting Associate at Aprio supports clients by assisting with accounting and outsourcing services within a dynamic, growth-oriented firm, contributing to client opportunities and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting tasks and client financial data management
- Support the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting processes
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have experience working in an accounting or professional services environment (specific years of experience not provided).
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Possess strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Be willing to participate in CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program.
- Be able to work in a hybrid setup if the role is designated as such, subject to location, terms, and conditions.
- Be capable of handling responsibilities that contribute to client account management and financial tasks as part of the outsourcing team.
