The Head of Talent is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for establishing and managing the in-house executive search function to attract top industry leaders, shaping company culture, and ensuring a fair and effective hiring process within a fast-growing robotics company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the in-house leadership executive search strategy
- Introduce and establish the executive search function within the organization
- Create a fair, repeatable, and high-quality hiring process for leadership roles
- Attract and hire top industry leaders to shape company culture
Requirements
- Experience in designing and executing search strategies for leadership and executive roles.
- Proven ability to introduce and establish an in-house leadership executive search function within an organization.
- Hands-on experience in creating and implementing a best-in-class, repeatable, and fair hiring process.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to shape company culture through talent acquisition.
- Legal right to work in the European Union.
