Job Description
The Senior Director of Demand Generation at AlertMedia will lead a team of digital marketers to develop and execute strategies that drive awareness and demand for the company's products, focusing on generating qualified leads and accelerating sales growth across various segments.
Responsibilities
- •Develop, lead, and execute a demand generation strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- •Oversee the creation and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns.
- •Manage the development, optimization, and maintenance of the company website.
- •Track and optimize the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
- •Leverage analytics to refine campaign strategies and improve ROI.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand generation campaigns with product launches and sales initiatives.
- •Develop and lead a high-performing demand generation team.
Requirements
- •12-15 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a people manager leadership role.
- •Experience building and leading high performing teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- •Deep expertise in demand gen tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, Ahrefs, and more.
- •Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with marketing sales teams and executive-level stakeholders.
- •Ability to perform in-depth analysis and create accurate forecasts based on disparate data sources to inform marketing investments.
- •Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- •A proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally across teams to drive lead and pipeline goals.
- •Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve ambiguous problems.
- •BA/BS Degree in business, finance, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
