Job Description
The National Accounts Strategic Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving business development, managing strategic partnerships, and expanding sales within the enterprise security market, with a focus on collaborating with camera manufacturers and security solution providers.
Responsibilities
- •Identify and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market to drive revenue growth
- •Build and nurture relationships with national account partners, distributors, and camera manufacturers to promote product adoption and sales
- •Collaborate with camera manufacturers to create new sales channels, incentivize product pull-through, and ensure seamless integrations
- •Understand enterprise clients' security needs and provide tailored solutions
- •Provide training and ongoing support to partners' sales teams to effectively promote solutions
- •Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance to optimize sales strategies
Requirements
- •Five years of experience in national or enterprise-level sales.
- •Proven experience in business development, sales, and partnership management, preferably within the security, technology, or enterprise solutions industry.
- •Experience working with camera manufacturers, security system integrators, or video management software providers is highly desirable.
- •Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
- •Technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex security solutions.
- •Strong analytical skills to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- •Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- •Ability to manage a large set of accounts and prioritize activities for highest impact.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client presentation and training delivery experience.
- •Demonstrated passion for providing the highest-quality customer service.
- •Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a small, fast-paced environment.
- •Ability to meet heavy travel demands, approximately 50-75% travel.
