Job Description
The DVR Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, building, and maintaining DVRs and PCs, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality service in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to DVRs
- Build and assemble a variety of DVRs and PCs
- Participate in training activities to enhance skills
- Provide high-quality customer service to meet service goals
- Assist quality control teammates with general support tasks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Minimum of 1 years related experience and or training in troubleshooting, building DVRs, or related technical fields
- Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment
- More than 75% of the time must be able to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 pounds

Compensation/salary range: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
Work schedule: Employees work from the office 4 days a week
