Job Description
The role involves leading the development and management of the Acumen Academy Program in Pakistan, including fellowship outreach, program operations, stakeholder engagement, and building partnerships to support social entrepreneurship and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- •Manage the launch, delivery, and growth of the Acumen Academy Program in Pakistan
- •Oversee Fellowship outreach, selection, and program delivery
- •Facilitate seminars and support Fellows through coaching, feedback, and one-on-one interactions
- •Build and maintain partnerships, funding sources, and stakeholder relationships
- •Develop and implement strategies for the Pakistan Foundry and oversee its activities
- •Build the Pakistan Acumen Academy, including program development, partnerships, and funding support
- •Establish and manage relationships with program partners, funders, and supporters
- •Lead and manage a team of 2-4 members to achieve program objectives
Requirements
- •Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in education, training, fellowships, leadership development, or entrepreneurship.
- •Experience in group facilitation and adult learning.
- •Coaching skills, including the ability to give constructive feedback effectively, and willingness to have difficult, courageous conversations in service of helping others grow.
- •Experience in fundraising for new ventures.
- •Experience managing stakeholders, building relationships with teams and partners, and managing a team by structuring work, prioritizing, assigning, delegating, tracking results, and maintaining team morale.
- •Strong operations track record with the ability to achieve targets independently, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently against tight deadlines.
- •Prior work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- •A graduate master's degree in a related field such as education, psychology, leadership, or equivalent.
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfort representing Acumen Academy initiatives externally.
