Job Description
Support the development and management of community initiatives for social innovators by building partnerships, designing programs, analyzing data, and fostering connections within the Acumen Foundry community to create systemic social impact.
Responsibilities
- •Build and manage relationships with external ecosystem partners to increase engagement and impact of Foundry members
- •Design and co-execute community programs, workshops, and convenings for social innovators
- •Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify community needs and plan strategic interventions
- •Establish and manage partnerships to create opportunities for funding, programs, and awards
- •Support Foundry members through regular check-ins, understanding their challenges and long-term goals
- •Develop and maintain an open platform providing access to resources and opportunities for social innovators
- •Support recruitment and fellowship activities to engage and develop social innovators
Requirements
- •At least 8 years of experience building and leading partnerships with funders, corporates, investors, social organizations, etc.
- •Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
- •Track record of planning and executing programs while monitoring impact
- •Analytical mindset to understand data, insights, and impact
- •Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative community programs
- •Communication skills to work with global, cross-cultural colleagues, partners, and community members
- •Willingness to take risks and ability to address complex issues creatively and effectively
- •Ability to effectively collaborate with and across teams, seek, and provide constructive feedback
- •Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen values
