Job Description
The role involves leading the development and management of global capital relationships to support economic resilience and systems-level development across climate, health, and social sectors, by engaging with diverse stakeholders and shaping financial partnerships for inclusive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stewardship of global capital relationships with DFIs, philanthropic institutions, family offices, corporates, and LPs.
- Shape and manage financial partnerships across inclusive growth, blended finance, and systems-level development.
- Design solutions to support economic growth and opportunity outcomes at scale.
Requirements
- Fluency in capital structures, understanding who holds capital, and what moves it.
- Experience building coalitions across public, private, and philanthropic sectors.
- Ability to shape and manage financial partnerships that support inclusive growth, blended finance, and systems-level development.
- Experience working with or engaging DFI (Development Finance Institutions), philanthropic institutions, family offices, corporates, and institutional LPs.
- Understanding of how capital intersects with climate, health, gender, and economic equity, with a systems lens perspective.
- Experience in designing solutions to support economic growth and opportunity outcomes at scale.
- Ability to lead the stewardship of global capital relationships for a platform focused on sustainable growth.
- Experience working in a high-trust, fast-paced, globally engaged environment requiring initiative, integrity, and creative problem-solving.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25-50% for partner meetings, global convenings, and strategic engagements.
